This is a picture of a car wash fundraiser for the Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund. The tennis team from South High in Minneapolis, MN hosted the benefit. The team is coached by 1997 VT graduate, Jesse Morgan.

May 15, 2007. Jogyesa Temple, Seoul, Korea. White paper lanterns are hung in rememberance of the deceased. Those with cream nametags are for those who died at Virginia Tech on April 16th.

May 15, 2007. Jogyesa Temple, Seoul, Korea. Jogyesa Temple is the center of Zen Buddhism in Korea and is about 500 years old. Inside the temple, monks are praying for 49 days for the VT students and faculty who died.

I am a doctoral student at the University of Florida but was born and raised in Blacksburg. This statue is of UF's mascots (Albert and Alberta)with a VT. It was very nice to see UF's support after April 16th.
