Today we are all hokies
We here in Virginia at William & Mary, we felt a shock wave go thought out our campus on Monday . Many of our students went to high school with the victims, but just being in the same kind of environment made us feel vulnerable and sadden.
Governor Kaine has declared, Friday, April 20, a statewide day of mourning for the victims of the Virginia Tech tragedy and their families. Virginia Tech families members across the country have united to declare Friday, April 20, and "Orange and Maroon Effect Day" to honor those killed earlier this week and to show visible support for Virginia Tech students, faculty, administrators, staff, alumni, and friends.
For this reason I'll only upload this 1 photo today in honor of the victims
