Librescu remembered

Letting go
This picture was painted by Marilyn Rogge and sent without explanation to VT. Steven Estrada, formerly of Prevail Archives, said of the painting, "It has become the symbol of letting go."
Kokeshi Doll
This Kokeshi doll in Hokie colors was sent from a school in Yokosuka, Japan. Kokeshi dolls are traditionally given to children when they visit foreign lands. This one was sent in memory of the innocence lost in the tragedy.

A remembrance board has been set up inside the main entrance to Squires, with excerpts from e-mails across the world and space for people to scrawl their thoughts.
